Living in Huntington Park is ideal for me. The location is convenient for shopping, appointments, attending MSU sporting events on campus and dining at various restaurants. The homes and common areas are beautifully maintained and there is ongoing growth and development.
It has a wonderful feeling of community as you walk the neighborhood and take part in HOA gatherings in The Preserve. I love the small town feel of Starkville, constantly seeing friends around town. Mississippi living at its best!
Starkville is the best place to live for many reasons. It has a small town feel but yet offers so many opportunities. Our Greater Starkville Development Partnership is active in offering numerous events throughout the year as well as all that the University offers from sporting events to cultural events. The people make Starkville with the diversity and so many alumni retiring here!!!
My husband and I are blessed to have many college friends who have retired here and are now our neighbors. Huntington Park is the best area of all! The residents are all so friendly and active. We also have a very active HOA which promotes social events. Our location is prime in that we are close to MSU and convenient to Main Street, shopping, wonderful restaurants, churches, etc.
Living in Huntington Park is the best of two worlds. I have friendly neighbors all around me, but the layout of this neighborhood works perfectly because even though my neighbors are so close by, I can still enjoy my personal space and privacy. It’s the best of both worlds…neighbors and friends when you want the company, privacy when you prefer it.
Of course, it helps that Huntington Park is home to the friendliest neighbors in town. I had heard it was a very friendly neighborhood when I moved here but it’s really true. The HOA is organized and active and has in place activities that help to keep people informed and that give people opportunities to get to know one another. Can’t say enough about all the good things I like about Huntington Park.
